  • All clay must be purchased through Clay Creations
  • Members/students must bring their own tools
  • Do not touch or pick up other people’s work
  • Allow 15 minutes before closing to clean up
  • Always clean up your area: wedging table, floor, sink, etc.
  • Never sand clay or glaze in the studio — dust is harmful
  • Clean off bats/boards before clay dries. Scrape and return them after trimming
  • Do not leave potter's wheels outside; keep covered in cold/damp conditions

Billing Through QuickBooks

Every month you'll be emailed a bill. Do not select the prompt to pay online to avoid double charges. Your card on file will be charged and you'll receive a confirmation email. Clay purchases and overages may be billed the following month.

  • If paying by credit card, your card is charged on the 1st of each month
  • If paying by check, payment is due by the 3rd

  • All belongings must be removed by the end date. Storage beyond that incurs monthly fees
  • Work must be glazed and completed by the end of membership. Afterward, you may glaze unfinished work for $20/hr plus a glaze fee per piece
  • Work left after 30 days becomes property of Clay Creations and may be recycled
