Clay Creations Studio

A Ceramics Community

Clay Creations has two studio locations one a block from the beach in Pedro Point. We also have another location in San Gregorio, our Atmospheric Firing Center. Our Traveling Clay studio brings clay fun and education to those who can’t attend our studios.

Pedro Point

Our Community Studio in Pedro Point is dedicated to fostering creativity and providing community. Here, we host a large community of studio members, weekly classes, summer camps, private lessons, as well as team building opportunities. Onsite we have a range of equipment, clay bodies, glazes, slips and tools that are available for use. We are located on Danman Avenue which is one block from the beach, several restaurants, and nearby hiking trails. Come visit us!

San Gregorio

Our San Gregorio Atmospheric Firing Center is a space for both member and non-member events centered around alternative firing methods. We offer soda, gas, raku, pit, as well as seasonal (November-February) wood firing. We love to host workshops at our beautiful location, where folks can spend time in nature while also learning more about their clay practice.



We offer over 30 Cone 5 / 6 dipping glazes and 15 Cone 10 dipping glazes.

In business for over twenty-four years. From the beginning Clay Creations was created as a space where people feel they can explore clay and their creativity. We value our learning environment where everyone shares in their love of clay. People share ideas, projects and glaze combinations; friendships grow while pottery is being made. We want everyone to feel welcome regardless of their experience or their amount of time in clay.
